Buying a travel eSIM

Travel eSIMs are data-only eSIMs for 170+ countries, bought in the app or from the shop, and delivered instantly as a QR code.

Before you buy

• Check your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked. The device list covers common models.
• Pick the destination pack for the country or region you are visiting. The coverage list for each pack is shown before you pay.

Buying and installing

1. Choose your destination pack in the app or shop and pay.
2. Your QR code arrives instantly by email and in the app.
3. Install it before you fly, the plan starts when you arrive and first connect. The travel eSIM setup guide has the full walkthrough.

Topping up

If you run low while travelling, buy a top-up or another pack in the app at any time, the data adds to the same eSIM, no new installation needed.
