Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making voicepro.plus accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

CONTENTS · 7 SECTIONS

1. Our Commitment

VoicePro Plus Limited is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities, in line with our duties under the Equality Act 2010. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards across our website and digital services.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide array of disabilities. Compliance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for all people.

2. Accessibility Measures

VoicePro Plus takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of voicepro.plus:

Keyboard Navigation
All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard. A "Skip to main content" link is provided for keyboard users to bypass navigation.
Semantic HTML
We use proper heading hierarchy, ARIA landmarks, and semantic HTML elements to ensure screen readers can parse our content accurately.
Colour Contrast
Text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratio requirements against their backgrounds. Our primary amber (#F59E0B) on dark backgrounds exceeds the 4.5:1 ratio for normal text.
Focus Indicators
All focusable elements have visible focus indicators to help keyboard users understand where they are on the page.
Alt Text
Meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked with empty alt attributes or aria-hidden to avoid screen reader confusion.
Responsive Design
The website is fully responsive and supports text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

3. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

voicepro.plus is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to achieve full conformance.

Independent accessibility audits and structured assistive-technology testing are not yet part of our process; they are planned as the service grows. In the meantime we address accessibility issues as they are reported, and the feedback route below reaches us directly.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of voicepro.plus, there may be some limitations. The following is a description of known limitations and potential solutions:

Dynamic Content
Some animated sections use motion effects that may not be fully accessible. We respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query to minimise animation for users who have indicated a preference.
Third-Party Content
Some embedded content from third parties (e.g. external maps, payment processors) may not fully meet accessibility standards. We work with our partners to improve this where possible.
PDF Documents
Some older PDF documents, including certain whitepapers, may not be fully accessible. We are working to convert these to accessible HTML alternatives.

5. Compatibility with Assistive Technologies

voicepro.plus is built to open web standards, including semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks and roles, and a WCAG 2.1 AA target, so that it works with standards-compliant assistive technologies. These include screen readers, voice-control software, screen magnifiers and keyboard-only navigation.

We have not yet carried out structured testing against specific assistive-technology products (see Conformance Status above); that testing is planned as the service matures. If you use an assistive technology and encounter a barrier, the feedback route below reaches us directly.

voicepro.plus is not compatible with Internet Explorer 11 or earlier versions. We recommend a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge for the best experience.
