does

VPX Drive Connect+ is the data connectivity product within the VPX suite. It provides dedicated high-capacity IP transit and private connectivity for enterprises, cloud platforms and carriers who need committed-rate bandwidth, predictable latency and the commercial model of a wholesale carrier relationship - without the overhead of managing their own network infrastructure.

The product is built on VoicePro Plus's Tier-1 IP backbone, which peers directly with major content networks, cloud providers and internet exchanges via cross-connects at carrier-neutral colocation facilities in London and Paris, with infrastructure in Frankfurt and Los Angeles. This positions clients at the network core rather than the edge - delivering measurably lower latency to major application destinations and removing dependence on hyperscaler shared IP infrastructure.

SLA-backed performance commitments cover availability (99.95%), UK latency (<10ms), EU latency (<30ms), packet loss (<0.1%) and jitter (<5ms). All services include 24/7 NOC monitoring with proactive fault management, carrier coordination on fault resolution and dedicated escalation paths.
