VPX Carrier Voice is the voice and SMS transmission module of the VPX Ecosystem - a global wholesale routing and termination platform connecting carriers, service providers and enterprise platforms to destinations in 200+ countries. Routing decisions are driven by dynamic rate tables that actively manage QoS parameters and seize opportunities within the spot market, keeping you competitive without sacrificing call quality.

VPX Carrier Voice is purpose-designed for contact centres, IVR platforms and voice broadcasting providers - supporting CATI surveys, ringless voicemail drops, voice broadcasts and live transfers with route diversity and call completion rates that diallers demand. Interconnect is established via SIP (RFC 3261) or H.323. Rate tables are delivered via REST API or flat file on an automated sync schedule. Billing is per-second with full CDR export via SFTP or API, and settlement is available in GBP, USD and EUR.
