We are building the future of decentralised, programmable telecoms, and we are always looking for talented people to join the team. VoicePro Plus operates a hybrid remote/office model from London HQ with competitive salaries, equity and token allocations, professional development budgets and quarterly team offsites.

The Seed round funds a 12-FTE base: the two principals plus finance, engineering, product and compliance hires (Business Plan Section 20). As the network scales beyond that, we expect to hire across engineering (blockchain, telecom), sales and business development, operations and customer success, and legal and compliance.

Where we hire

Engineering

Blockchain and telecom engineering roles across Move, TypeScript and modern cloud-native tooling. Smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, SIP, RTP, SS7, node operations and DevOps.

Network Operations

NOC engineers, traffic management specialists and network architects. Experience with SIP, carrier-grade infrastructure and 24/7 operational environments preferred.

Sales & Business Development

Carrier sales, partner management and business development roles across UK, Europe and international markets. Experience in wholesale telecoms or blockchain ecosystems valued.

Product & Design

Product managers, UX designers and technical writers. Help shape the VoicePro portal, VPX governance tools and consumer mobile experience.

Legal & Compliance

Regulatory compliance, licensing and legal counsel roles covering Ofcom, FCA, GDPR, FATF VASP guidance and international telecom frameworks.
