What it
does

VPX Carrier SMS is the wholesale messaging termination product within the VPX suite. It provides A2P (Application-to-Person) and P2P (Person-to-Person) SMS routing with routes to 200+ countries on direct operator connections - eliminating the grey routing that compromises deliverability and exposes aggregators to regulatory and reputational risk.

The product is built for SMS aggregators, OTT messaging platforms, enterprise notification providers and carriers adding or upgrading their SMS termination capability. Direct operator connections on all Tier-1 markets provide DLR transparency that shared aggregator pools cannot match. Real-time delivery receipts, per-operator deliverability reporting and an automated route quality engine form the operational backbone.

Sender ID registration management across 50+ markets is available as a managed add-on, covering GSMA-compliant registration with full ongoing management - removing the operational burden of maintaining registrations across dozens of markets individually.

Message Submission

Submit messages with sender ID, destination and content. GSM-7, Unicode (UCS-2), binary, Flash SMS and concatenated messages up to 918 characters all supported.

Real-Time DLR

Delivery receipts returned within seconds of handset delivery. Interim DLRs where supported. Detailed status codes: DELIVERED, UNDELIVERABLE, EXPIRED, ACCEPTED.

Full per-message CDR export. Deliverability dashboards with per-operator breakdown. Monthly settlement in GBP, USD, or EUR with detailed invoice breakdown.
