Routing changes, prefixes and traffic notices

Clean interconnects run on clean communication. This is how routing information flows between us.

What we notify you about

  • Rate and route changes on our side, per the notice periods in your agreement - rate amendments arrive by email to your nominated commercial contact.
  • Planned maintenance windows that could affect traffic, in advance, to your NOC contact.
  • Incidents affecting live traffic, with updates until resolution.

What we need from you

  • Send your rate sheets and routing changes to the address named in your agreement, in the agreed format - see "Exchanging rate sheets" for formats and cutoffs.
  • Tell our NOC about planned works on your side that could affect the interconnect.
  • Flag significant traffic-profile changes ahead of time (new destination mix, big volume steps) so capacity and fraud systems are tuned for them, not tripped by them.

Test numbers and quality complaints

Route-quality issues (dead air, one-way audio, false answer, CLI problems) move fastest when you include: called number examples, timestamps with timezone, and CDRs for the failing calls. Send them via the business ticket form marked for the carrier desk.
