Tenant isolation is enforced at the infrastructure level - not just the application layer. Each tenant's traffic is processed in dedicated queues, CDRs are stored in isolated partitions and API credentials are scoped to prevent cross-tenant data leakage.
Resellers can create their own sub-tenants, apply markup rules and provide branded portal access to their end customers - a complete hierarchy that supports complex multi-tier distribution models.
