Data is billed per megabyte, with no data bundles to pre-buy. You pay for the data your devices actually use, on one invoice for the whole fleet.
What a monthly invoice looks like
- Data usage by SIM and SIM group, at the rates in your agreement
- Any SMS usage (inbound SMS is free; IoT SIMs are data and SMS only, with no voice)
Usage detail is available from the dashboard and API, so your finance team can reconcile the invoice against the same numbers your engineers see.
Controlling spend
- Data limits per SIM or group stop a faulty device from running up a surprise bill.
- Webhook alerts on usage thresholds give you early warning while there is still time to act.
- Suspend in one call - a compromised or retired device stops using data the moment you suspend it.
