When something is degraded, being fixed, or scheduled for maintenance, the live status page is where we say so.
The status page
- Live status for our services is published at voicepro-plus.statuspage.io.
- Incidents are posted with updates as work progresses, and closed with a resolution note.
- Planned maintenance is announced there ahead of time, with the expected window.
Subscribe to updates
On the status page you can subscribe to be notified when an incident is opened or updated, so you hear it from us rather than noticing an outage.
During an incident
- Check the status page before raising a ticket, if the issue is listed, we are on it and the page is the fastest source of truth.
- If your problem does not match anything listed, raise a ticket from the Support page, it may be local to your account or area and we want to know.
