- Outdoor coverage is usually stronger than indoor, thick walls and basements weaken any mobile signal.
- Coverage maps are a prediction, not a guarantee, local buildings and terrain can affect real-world signal.

If coverage looks poor at your address
- Check the no signal troubleshooting guide before assuming the area is the problem.
- Wi-Fi at home covers data indoors, and signal often improves near windows or upstairs.
