Ten minutes of setup gets you everything the plan includes. Tick these off in your first week.
Day one
- Install your SIM or eSIM and confirm calls, texts and data work - guides in "Mobile, eSIM & travel".
- Download the VoicePro app and sign in - it is where your plan, usage, wallet and receipts live.
- Bringing your number? Text PAC to 65075 from your old SIM and give us the code - the port completes within three working days.
In the first few days
- Turn on app security - biometric unlock and a unique password ("Setting up app security").
- Check your plan's corridors if you call abroad - know which countries are included before you need them.
- Look at the wallet - it is how out-of-plan calls are paid, and where top-ups live.
Before your first trip
- Read the travel eSIM guide - installing a destination data pack before you fly is the single biggest saving most customers find.
Worth knowing early
- All plans include unlimited UK calls, texts and data - there is no in-bundle meter to watch.
