Every rate and rule here comes from Schedule C of your agreement. Where anything else differs, Schedule C wins.
What you earn
- Activation: £2.50 for every UK plan you activate at your till, eSIM or SIM card. The customer becomes yours.
- Upgrade bonus: £3.00 extra for Mobile+ Elite and £6.00 for Mobile+ Ultra, earned once 30 days have passed.
- Customer share: 12%, 8% and 4% of your customer's first, second and third payments to VoicePro, excluding VAT. A payment counts if it is for their plan (first payment or renewal, online or at your till), a calling pack or a data add-on. A 12 or 24 month plan paid up front counts as all three, on its monthly amount. The share stops after three payments or 12 months, whichever comes first. Money loaded into a wallet never counts: it is the customer's money.
- Top-ups sold at your till: 2% of the amount, as a cash-handling fee.
- Travel eSIMs: 10% of the price, at least £1.00, one-off. The till shows the exact amount. A travel eSIM buyer does not become your customer.
- VPXN: 25 VPXN per activation to the shop owner's VPX Wallet, 25% straight away and the rest over 12 months. When the programme's 250,000 VPXN for the year is used up, VPXN for shops stops until the next year; your cash commission is not affected.
Commission is stated excluding VAT. Your statement is self-billed, with VAT added if your shop is VAT-registered.
When commission is taken back
Within 30 days of an activation, if the first plan payment is refunded or charged back, or the line is cancelled with a refund or ported out, we take back the activation commission, any upgrade bonus, the share on that payment and the 25 VPXN. Any other payment refunded or charged back within 30 days loses its share. Each reversal is its own line on your next statement. Nothing is taken back after 30 days.
Till money, twice a week
The money you take at the till for VoicePro is collected by Direct Debit twice a week: every Tuesday for sales you made Friday to Monday, and every Friday for sales you made Tuesday to Thursday. Each collection comes with the list of sales it covers.
The shop owner or manager sets up the Direct Debit once, on the Commissions page in the portal, through our payment provider Stripe. Your bank takes a few working days to confirm it. You can sell in the meantime; until it is active we contact you to collect your till money. After each collection day you get the Direct Debit advance notice, and the money usually leaves your account within four working days. If a Direct Debit fails or is cancelled, sales pause once your credit limit is reached until it is paid.
Commission, weekly
Commission is settled separately, Wednesday to Tuesday, UK time. Each Wednesday you get a statement listing every activation, every customer payment and its share, every reversal with its reason, anything carried forward, and the commission due. We pay it by bank transfer to your verified account by the Friday after.
If reversals are more than you earned that week, the difference moves to the next statement. It is never written off.
Questions about a statement
Raise them in the portal within 14 days of the statement or collection. After 14 days it is final.
