Leaving us or taking your number

1. Take your number to another network (PAC)

Text PAC to 65075 from your VoicePro Mobile number. We text your PAC back. Give it to your new network and they move your number over.

2. Leave without your number

Our plans are prepaid with no notice period, so you do not need a code to leave: switch renewal off in My Plan and your line ends when the time you have paid for runs out.

If your new network asks for a STAC (Service Termination Authorisation Code), text STAC to 75075 from your VoicePro Mobile number and we text it back. Every UK mobile network has to offer one.

3. Other ways to ask

Call us on +44 20 3769 8080 from your VoicePro number. If your line is suspended, text requests do not work, so call us instead.
