1. What is not allowed

You must not use a VoicePro Mobile SIM or eSIM in a SIM box, GSM gateway or any other device that routes calls or texts from a fixed line, a VoIP system or another network onto our network (or the other way round), or that carries calls or texts for other people or a business beyond your own normal use.

This applies to consumer and Business+ plans. It does not apply to IoT SIMs used under their own terms, or to a connection we have agreed with you in writing.

2. Why

Gateway devices disguise where calls come from, are a common route for fraud and nuisance calls, and are banned by the terms of the network we use.

3. What we do

We monitor for traffic patterns that show a gateway device. If we find one, we may suspend the line straight away to stop harm, and we will tell you. We may close the line and keep any charges that apply. If you think we have made a mistake, contact us and we will review it.

Not sure whether a device or use is allowed? Email help@voicepro.plus before you use it.
