1. Tell us what happened

Email abuse@voicepro.plus. We review every report within one working day, and we treat it in confidence.

It helps if you include the items below. You do not need all of them to report.

The number
The number that called or texted you, in full.
When
The date and time of each call or text.
What happened
What was said or sent, and why it was unwanted: a scam, a silent or abandoned call, repeated calls, or a recorded message.

2. What we do

We find which customer the number belongs to and check the calls against our Acceptable Use Policy. If a customer is breaking our rules, we act: we can block the number and suspend the account.

We do not tell you who our customer is, but we act on what you send us. If we need more detail, we will reply to your email.

3. Two things you can do straight away

Scam texts
Forward the text, free, to 7726 from your phone. Your mobile network uses it to block scam senders.
Sales calls you did not ask for
Register your number free with the Telephone Preference Service (tpsonline.org.uk). UK companies must not make unsolicited sales calls to registered numbers.

4. If you are our customer

If you think someone is misusing your own account or numbers, contact security@voicepro.plus or call +44 20 3769 8080 (option 4) at once. You are responsible for the traffic on your account, so the sooner we know, the sooner we can stop it.
